6 Ways To Reduce Calories Intake every day

If you are planning to lose weight and are counting your calories, you know that every bit counts. If you want to reduce the number of calories you are eating, there are some tricks that you can use. However, you should always consult with your physician to establish the minimum amount of calories you can consume to lose weight safely. Here are six ways to reduce intake of calories every day

  1. Instead Of Taking Juice, Please Take Fruit

Eat a piece of fruit whenever you feel like reaching for a sugary juice or soft drink. Juices have a lot of added sugar. Or, you can reduce your caloric intake to zero and drink water instead of juice.

2. Start Taking Small Portion of Food

Opt for smaller sandwiches, iced coffees or ice creams. Downsizing just a little can make a big difference in the number of calories.

3. Reduce your intake of Cheese

The cheese contains a lot of fat and consequently a lot of calories. Choose the light or low-fat version of cheese, or cut it from your sandwich completely.

4. Fresh Fruit is Better than Taking Dried Fruits

Choose fresh fruit instead of dried; it is more nutritious and has fewer calories per volume.

5. Ensure You Put Measurement to The Amount You Eat

Measure the number of foods you eat (e.g. nuts, bread or crackers), and make sure you don’t eat more than one portion.

6. Drink More Water

The size of your stomach limits the amount of food you can eat at once. Fill your stomach with water, which not only keeps you hydrated, but it also keeps you full for a longer period of time. Water has zero calories.
