Create a vegan pizza with basic dough. Here is the perfect recipe for a basic vegan dough.
What you need:
- One cup warm water
- Two teaspoons of dry yeast
- One tablespoon of sugar
- One teaspoon of salt
- Three cups of all-purpose flour
- One tablespoon of oil
What you need to do:
In a cup, place in warm water. Not hot, just warm. Sprinkle some yeast and add some sugar and stir it until all of the contents are dissolved. Wait for a smooth, beige mixture. Let it stand for five minutes. Wait for creamy foam to surface. If not, do it again.
Combine with three cups of flour with salt in a bowl. Mix and form a well in the center, this is where you will pour the yeast mixture and some oil. Use a wooden spoon to stir the flour in the well. Make sure that there are no lumps. Place the combined dough mixture in a flat surface. Dust your hands with flour and knead. Cover the bowl with a plastic. Leave it for two hours. Pizza Pesto With Sun Dried Tomatoes
What you need:
- Pizza dough
- One full cup of pesto
- One half cup of mozzarella cheese
- Five pieces of tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt
What you need to do:
Cut the tomato in round slices. Place them in an oven tray and put some olive oil and salt. Heat for five minutes in moderate heat.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spread the one cup of pesto on top of the dough. Add the dried tomatoes and grate some mozzarella cheese. Bake for ten minutes. Serve and enjoy!
Mushroom And Zucchini Pizza
Ingredients:
Two cups of mushroom
One tablespoon of chopped garlic
One red bell pepper
One zucchini
One onion
One third cup of olive oil
One third teaspoon of salt
One third teaspoon of black pepper
Fontina cheese
One fourth cup parsley leaves
Crushed red pepper
What you need to do.
Cut the vegetables into thin pieces. Preheat the grill. Place the mushroom, garlic, pepper, zucchini, onion in a bowl. Toss in enough oil to the mixture. Make sure that every piece is evenly covered. Sprinkle some salt and pepper. Place the vegetables in a grill. Spray some cooking oil and let it grill within eight to ten minutes. Wait for them to get tender. Slice the mushrooms after.
Place the dough on a flat surface and create a 12 inch oval. Place it on a grill rack as well. Grill for about three minutes on each side. Wait for it to turn a light shade of brown. Put some cheese on the dough. Leave out an area for the crust. Grill it again until the cheese melts. Place the grilled vegetables on top of the cheese. Add basil and parsley leaves and some red pepper to give the pizza an extra kick. Serve and enjoy!
