Being busy is not an excuse to forgo even the littlest amount of exercise. Contrary to popular belief, you do not have to hit the gym to stay active. In fact, a mere 15-minute bike or walk can already boost the endorphin production in your body and make you feel better. If this is still too much of a chore for you, consider taking a pre-workout supplement for a jolt of energy.
3.      Meditate
Spending as little as 15 minutes a day just sitting and clearing your mind can already be of big help in relieving you of stress. Listen to calming music or pure silence, or going out into your garden to bask in the outside plants and animals will do. If you can, consider joining yoga classes to help you get into the mindset. This will also be a great way to meet new people.
4.      Have enough sleep
Getting good and quality sleep will be very beneficial to your body.
